ISPFH DSL Router Information

ISPFH does not provide router or DSL modem gear -- but we have recommendations.

The Below DSL bridges (modems) are confirmed to work with ISPFH's ADSL:

• Efficient Speedstream 5260*, 5360

The Below routers are confirmed to work with ISPFH's ADSL when doing NAT:

• Netgear RT311/314, Netgear RP614 (v2), D-Link DL105, Linksys BEFSR41
• FreeBSD 4.3 with PPPoE
• OpenBSD 3.1 and higher with PPPoE
• Netgear RO318
• SpeedStream 2601
• Cisco PIX 501

The Below routers are confirmed to route subnets without NAT for ISPFH's ADSL:

• Netgear RT311/314
• FreeBSD 4.3 with PPPoE
• OpenBSD 3.1 and higher with PPPoE

The Below routers may work with ISPFH's ADSL with and without NAT, but are not confirmed:

• Cisco 827 DSL router with PPPoA and G.lite support (IOS IP-Plus 12.1(5)T or higher)
• Cisco 1600, or 2600 router with PPPoE and IOS IP-Plus 12.2T or higher
• Linux 2.2.x and 2.4.x with PPPoE

The Below routers work, but only as a replacement for the DSL bridge/modem, and are not full-blown IP routers:

• Cisco 627 DSL "router"
